    Lee did a wonderful job. On a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is the best rating, Lee did great. I'd rate him a "5" across the board. He was on time. He wore the required shoe covering. He got right to the work and performed it diligently. He replaced the air filter on our York furnace. He replaced an electrical part that was under warranty. He explained the party's purpose and said it tested near the limit for compliance and we opted to have it replaced today. The part's name escapes me. He explained the company's promotion regarding this a sign to be placed in front of our house, then placed the "A-Temp Heating, Cooling, and Electrical" sign in our yard near the street. His work was clean and professional. Lee is a very congenial and pleasant person. We enjoyed getting to know him. I regard him as a valuable representative of your company.

    We have regular/annual service performed on both A/C and Furnace by A-Temp. Every time we have A-Temp come out for a call, the technician is both professional but extremely personable. Today we had "Wylie" here and he was fantastic. With a lot of negativity in the world, I like to compliment people when they do a great job so...GREAT JOB WYLIE!!! (and A-Temp too)

    Everyone we have ever dealt with has been polite, positive, and very courteous. These guys were also the only ones who could quickly replace our furnace when it died during the coldest part of a very snowy winter. All other companies we called couldn’t get out for 1-2 weeks; A-Temp was out same day for assessment and then 2 days later for replacement. Can’t say enough great things about this company!
