Amazing and fast service
I contacted A-TEMP after a scammer contractor installed a faulty system in our house. Hannah put me on the phone with a supervisor who tried to walk me through my problem. He determined it was an issue and they could help me. The next day, Mark arrived and verified that indeed the system was not up to code and missing several things crucial to run correctly. Within two days, they were back again and re-installed the system correctly and fixed the other issues. I am forever grateful for their amazing and fast service.

Tim was great.
Tim was great. Efficient and certainly knew what he was/is doing. He convinced us to have our fan cleaned, which was indeed quite dirty. Lot of unexpected expenses this past 6 months and we didn't feel we could afford it. Well, Tim was so helpful. Now we have a clean fan and it has sure made a difference in the sound of the furnace running. We have always been satisfied with the work A-Temp does with air conditioner and furnace checks. We'd take Tim back in a second, although any one of your technicians will be welcome and beyond suitable. Plus they installed this furnace and air conditioner, as well as a new electrical panel. The system works great.
I am not as pleased with the operation of the thermostat, Honeywell, and the Bosch heat pump. We have had several service calls, and the system still isn't operating perfectly. Ok, all this has changed. The last service follow-up fixed everything, and the system works great. We are looking forward to the comfort of the system in cold weather and hot.
